I started Empower Mama Coaching to support moms through the chaos of motherhood, to feel seen, know they are not alone, and that they are enough.
Hi, I’m Kate Carrasco, a mama of two beautiful girls and the founder of Empower Mama Coaching. I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating motherhood can feel. When I became a mom, I imagined it would be the most joyful, fulfilling experience of my life. But soon after the birth of my first daughter, I found myself struggling with feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and a deep sense of loneliness. I remember looking at my beautiful baby girl and feeling guilty because I wasn’t as happy as I thought I should be.
The hardest part was the feeling that I had completely lost myself. I was no longer just me. I was “Mom,” and while I loved my new role, I felt like I had disappeared into it. My days were consumed with caring for my daughters, and my nights were filled with anxiety and self-doubt.
My passion is to empower moms to rediscover themselves and prioritize their well-being by providing the support I wish I had found sooner.
Learning that other moms felt the same way as I did – isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to find themselves again was a turning point for me. I started on my path of self-discovery, reconnecting with myself, rebuilding my confidence and finding my joy. I learned that I wasn’t alone – and neither are you.
This is why I founded Empower Mama Coaching. My passion is to help other moms who feel lost, just as I did, to rediscover their identity and find confidence and joy in motherhood. My coaching is about creating a supportive space to reconnect with who you are, with a clear and actionable path to do the inner work necessary to thrive in motherhood. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
